Tier One Partners Kicks Off 2004 with Three New Clients

Technology and Consumer New Business Wins Build on Tier One's Momentum; Demonstrate Client Recognition of Firm's Value Proposition for PR

GREATER BOSTON and CHICAGO (January 27, 2004)

Tier One Partners, LLC, a full-service public relations firm that offers senior talent through a highly flexible and cost-effective model, today announced it has kicked off 2004 with three new client wins. The new clients include Click Tactics and Data Intensity, Inc., both based in Waltham, Mass.; and Applitech, LLC, based in Cleveland. These clients join Tier One's existing roster of clients, including LoJack Corp. (NASDAQ: LOJN); ArcStream Solutions; Artel Video Systems; LimoLiner; and Choate, Hall & Stewart.

About the New Clients
Click Tactics the leader in corporate-sponsored backup child care. Applitech is a privately-held company that designs and manufactures innovative consumer products that meet unanswered market needs.
