Tier One Partners Adds PR Industry Veteran to Management Team;
Expands Presence in Mid-Atlantic Region
Jill Monahan Brings Strong Tech and Business-to-Business Experience to “All Senior” Public Relations Agency
BOSTON, CHICAGO and SAN FRANCISCO, September 22, 2008 —Tier One Partners, LLC, a full-service public relations agency that offers “all senior talent, all the time,” today announced that Jill Monahan, a veteran of Fleishman-Hillard, The Weber Group (now Weber/Shandwick Worldwide) and Tierney Communications, has joined the agency’s management team. Monahan is based in Philadelphia and will expand Tier One’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

About Jill Monahan
Monahan has more than a dozen years of experience serving as a communications advocate for her clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Tier One, Monahan was with Tierney Communications in Philadelphia where she worked on IBM, Deloitte Consulting and Independence Blue Cross, as well as several start-ups.
In addition, Monahan also worked for GailForce Communications, where she ran the national media program for Fortune 500 Company Aramark. Prior to GailForce Jill was a vice president with Fleishman-Hillard, working in the company’s technology and healthcare practices. She began her career at The Weber Group (now Weber/Shandwick Worldwide) where she gained a solid grounding in technology and business through accounts such as Citrix Systems, Media 100, SAS Institute and Sybase.
Monahan graduated from Villanova University with a BA in communications and was a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the communication studies honor society. She then received a MA in business communication and public relations from Emerson College in Boston.
